If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame:
Check your tracking link for the latest updates.
Look out for delivery cards or messages from the courier.
Ask neighbours or reception areas in case it was left with them.
If there are no updates for several days, contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
