You can track your order at any time through your account dashboard or using the tracking link we email once your order ships.
🛒 Tracking Through Your Account
Log in to your account by clicking My Account in the site header.
Select Orders from the dashboard menu.
Find the order you want to track and click View.
If your order has been shipped, you’ll see the courier details and tracking number here.
Click the tracking link to open the courier’s page for live updates.
📧 Tracking via Email
When your order is marked as Completed, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
Click the link in that email to view the latest delivery status.
⏳ Things to Note
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Order statuses you may see include:
Processing – your payment was successful and your order is being prepared.
Completed – your order has shipped.
On hold – we’re waiting for payment confirmation or further checks.
❓ Didn’t Receive Tracking?
Check your spam/junk email folder.
Make sure you log in with the same email address you used at checkout.
Still missing? Contact our support team with your Order ID (found in your confirmation email).
