We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, here’s what to do.

✏️ Editing an Order

  • If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, you may be able to update details such as:

    • Shipping address

    • Contact information

    • Item quantities

  • To request changes, log in to My Account > Orders, select the order, and use the Contact Support option.

❌ Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • If the status is still Processing, reach out to us as soon as possible with your Order ID.

  • Once the status shows Completed (shipped), cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return items after delivery under our [Returns Policy].

📩 How to Contact Us Quickly

  • Use the Contact Support form in your account dashboard.

  • Include your order number and the changes you’d like.

  • Our team will confirm whether the update or cancellation is possible.

  • Because we aim to dispatch orders quickly, edits and cancellations are time-sensitive.

  • If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process instead.
