We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, here’s what to do.
✏️ Editing an Order
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, you may be able to update details such as:
Shipping address
Contact information
Item quantities
To request changes, log in to My Account > Orders, select the order, and use the Contact Support option.
❌ Cancelling an Order
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
If the status is still Processing, reach out to us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Once the status shows Completed (shipped), cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return items after delivery under our [Returns Policy].

Use the Contact Support form in your account dashboard.
Include your order number and the changes you’d like.
Our team will confirm whether the update or cancellation is possible.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process instead.
