When you check your order in My Account, you’ll see a status next to it. Here’s what each one means:

📦 Common Order Statuses

  • Pending Payment – Your order has been placed but payment hasn’t been received yet.

  • Processing – We’ve received your payment and are preparing your order.

  • On Hold – Your order is temporarily paused (usually for payment or stock checks).

  • Completed – Your order has been packed and shipped.

  • Cancelled – The order was cancelled before shipping.

  • Refunded – The order has been refunded in full.

💡 Tips

  • If your order is Processing, it means everything is on track.

  • If it’s On Hold, check your email in case we need more details from you.

  • Once it’s marked Completed, your parcel is with the courier, and you’ll have tracking details by email and in your account.
