When you check your order in My Account, you’ll see a status next to it. Here’s what each one means:
📦 Common Order Statuses
Pending Payment – Your order has been placed but payment hasn’t been received yet.
Processing – We’ve received your payment and are preparing your order.
On Hold – Your order is temporarily paused (usually for payment or stock checks).
Completed – Your order has been packed and shipped.
Cancelled – The order was cancelled before shipping.
Refunded – The order has been refunded in full.
💡 Tips
If your order is Processing, it means everything is on track.
If it’s On Hold, check your email in case we need more details from you.
Once it’s marked Completed, your parcel is with the courier, and you’ll have tracking details by email and in your account.
